DDO

as many of you know I play dungeons and dragons online and would like to see if we could get a heavier scarab presence there than we already have (Mychelle, Andreak, and myself) are the only players i know who are in both games, and since it isnt really all about the egc and just having a good time running dungeons, i would like more of our fellows aboard.

pros,
A. FREE!!!!
B. many classes, including class customization at start
C. easy to learn
D. hirelings

cons
A. for some of the cooler content you either have to pay, or earn points
B. You dont get new spells every other level.
C. mounts are not present tho you really dont need them

Used to play. decided to try LOTR and never went back to DDO. Right now I am so badly addicted to Dragon Age and Borderlands not even new MMO's really get my interest.

DDO is not bad, however its pretty middle-of-the-road. LOTR online has better grapics and gameplay IMO in a much prettier world that si actually not various shades of muddy brown. (a common failing of DDO, EQ2, Age of Conan and other games trying to go for realistic graphics)
