Ok, since April I have been having issues with my computer, long story short Dell sent a replacement. The first replacement I was ok with however, it was missing some parts: media card reader, second disk drive. It also had a much smaller mother board (two X16 PCI; two X8 which where covered by the video cards). I compromised on the sound card, since there wasn't room for one anyways and some of the other items where better.
They sent a tech. out to install the card reader, disk drive and some memory.
The tech. messed up the system (no clue how)and requested Dell send the system out again with the parts already installed; they agreed.

The computer I received however, was not the same computer at all. Dell says that every part in the computer is an upgrade to my original. I honestly have no clue on some parts, others yes it is.

Any help would be great.
