| Spaghetti Sauce | blackrabbit | Lots of variations to be had! If you want to add meat get a pound of ground whatever, sautee it in slightly less olive oil, then add the onions and garlic straight to it without draining. For meatballs, you can use your own recipe or I can post mine... but it's best if you don't cook them entirely in the oven. Cook them about 3/4 of the way and then add them to the sauce and let them finish cooking in there. |
