Ingredients
- 6 roma tomatoes
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 red chilli
- 2 tbs chopped jalapenos
- juice of 1 lime
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- small bundle cilantro
- small bundle of fresh oregano
- S&P to taste
Cooking Instructions
Super easy yummy recipe that makes you just want to sit down and scarf down the whole bowl with a sack of nachos.
Chop everything fine (remove the pulp from the tomatoes before chopping). you can add as many chillis as you like, but the amount added has enough kick to be tasty, but doesn't overpower the dish at all.
Notes
I'm thinking of puree'ing half of the tomatoes to make the salsa more saucy instead of chunky.
