Teriyaki Kielbasa

Ingredients
- 1 package of kielbasa (16 oz.)
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- teriyaki sauce
- soy sauce
Cooking Instructions
Slice the kielbasa into little rounds about 1/4" thick. Cut the onion and bell pepper into small pieces. Put kielbasa, pepper, and onion into a pan and pour enough teriyaki in to cover bottom of pan (more if you like) along with a dash of soy sauce. Simmer until the meat has a dark glaze, stirring periodically. Serve over white rice.
